Sure it’s Bakkies Botha and he deserves what Billy Birmingham (of 12th man fame) describes as “South African Tax” more than most, but honestly this one is a joke! It should never have been cited, let alone sanctioned, and for them to pull out 3 weeks for a push is an absolute shocker.
