No Kepu is also interesting. My man, the greatest Wallaby prop.......

Once again a Waratah is cruelly overlooked.

Don't celebrate yet BR. He'll be back :)

Would have liked Banks on the bench over Maddocks but the changes should make for viewing interesting. I like Arnold in for Rodda. How long since we’ve had a kicking lineup as strong as Beale, To'omua, DHP, and Hodge?

Edit: Marx on the bench? Any specific reason for this?
Keeping him fresh for the ABs.

This side is getting closer.

Would still like to see Hooper on the bench, and Israel at either 13 or 11.

Tupou off the bench is logical, but he will obviously be starting once fit.

It will be interesting to see how long Nau & To'omua last, both have been loading the FF (Folau Fainga'a) miles

So if Hooper is on the bench does Hanigan or Samu come on in his place?

Not Hanigan, he is a spud.

I'd prefer Timu or someone else who can play 8. Maybe Samu can? But I am not sure.

Obviously, Isa should take that spot when eligible.

Would be interested in Dempsey if fit.

Dempsey, McMahon, Pocock has a good look to it.

I don't mind the Tui experiment but with current players would prefer; Samu, Pocock, Timu.

If Tui is at 6, then Timu/Samu at 8, and Pocock 7.

Does this team mean Chieka wants to keep his job?

Oh wait, Hooper is still there.

Baby steps, I guess.
What are you going to do with your life when Hooper retires and you can no longer fill the empty hours moaning about him?

Only reason I can imagine To'omua at 12 with Beale at 10 is for defensive stability, lord knows To'omua has defensive awareness and a great tackle. Other than that, I don't know why you'd pick the best Aussie 12 since prime Giteau out of position if you didn't need to.

They will interchange. Something had to change, it was not working.

To'omua and Kurtley could be a very good combination of skills.

Beale plays a lot of 10 from phase play for the Tahs, so the 30 months for playing 10 whilst literally correct, isn't.

What gain in defense, we lose in the ability to play unstructured from phase using second lines etc

he's basically been playing 10 for the Wallabies too. I wonder if To'omua will roam outwide as much as Foley does?
