id like to have a whinge about a technical call, but thats just me wanting the boys to play and see some tries.

good news for the tahs is that theres been 14 points at least left on the park so far with 5 to go. time to close it out with another try.

What, 9 advancing for basically 10m before being put onside?

Waratahs have got this. You can afford to let the Force have some.
I know that, frustrating though. Gordon passed it and then walked sideways for about 2 steps before Harrison kicked it. Maybe he edged forward in the process but hardly ‘advancing’.

glad to see we were hungry for tries to try and close it out. force have so often been a banana peel for us, and they played well.

He ran forward when off side. About 10m ffs.
10m? I think your hyperbolometer needs recalibrating. He was already about 8m offside (not relevant, of course), he actually advanced about 2 feet.
So sure, a penalty. Not so much FFS though, I'd say.

My hyperbole? OK sure.

Well done waratahs.

Fine, but rugby's obsession with calling shit back sucks.

I dont wanna see a bunch of maul and pick and drive tries. It sucks. And thats why there are literally 3 people in the stand.

I enjoyed seeing the Tahs really working those core skills. Some of those catches/pickups and push on passes were really good. There really was very little error. If they keep it up and can continue refining it so they can preform it more consistently and flatter to the line they will evolve into something special. I thought Dempsey in particular had a cracker of a game with some of his handling, carrys, technical aspects going into contact, footwork, keeping the play alive. Really one of his better games.

I see a lot of Ben Smith in Ramm, such a smooth operator who pops up everywhere. Tahs getting better every week, good to see.
