Super Rugby Au Round 9 - Rebels vs Waratahs, 7:15pm Sat 29th August

TMO and ref setting a dangerous precedent here.

How does that not become a card for Swinton? Literally was called a penalty at the time of the incident and we’ve seen things called back after 4-5 phases throughout the year due to TMO review.

Thank Christ Hodge had sense.

Given the shoulder, that was a very unsatisfactory way to end a game with massive impact on the finals.

no matter how it ends up next week, pretty happy with how weve progressed given the youngsters coming through. fingers crossed for the poetic justice next week :)

Good win. Plenty of energy in that game from both teams. Tahs a bit on / off with the accuracy at times. Agree some odd cards or lack thereof, but overall a pretty good spectacle i thought.

Well done Tahs, won it in the first 20mins. Ref was fairly ordinary and Kearns is unbearable. Honestly think the directors at Fox think it’s cute but it’s shocking

Swinton’s penalty (and thankfully for Tahs fans not a sin bin/send off) was compounded by the fact that it gave the rebels the ball in the Waratahs half when we were chasing a bonus point.
