Bledisloe # 3 - Saturday 31st October, ANZ Stadium

The base skills of the Wallabies are rubbish. Lolesio is a poor defender, and like the endless debates of Cooper defending at 15, if he doesn't deserve the position at 10 then he shouldn't be selected. Daugunu is displaying skills closer to his long term average.

I watched the Shute Shield final this afternoon and the skills were just as good. Australia's Pro players are just over paid pretenders that have done nothing to improve their base skills and that is why they are embarrassed again and again.

interesting that Foster was having a go at Aaron Smith in the dressing sheds just after he was having a joke with Coles. Wallabies chance, and it shows in the first 5 minutes is that the ABs go out in the second half for a bit of a lark and a training run.

My love for rugby takes a small hit everytime i have to watch such a listless Wallabies display. They look like they are from a different division or age group to the All Blacks.
The problem is as much nzru does nothing to help oz rugby - why should they care - well does anybody think any other near neighbour gong to offer decent competition and nzru going to do the right things to help this (yeh right - nzru are the reason rugby will never flourish in Asia pacific as biggest rugby nation that just wants to bully every one else to serve their own agendas)

Get Tate on, nothing to lose. Give him some experience. Why don't we have Samu, Hanigan has been invisible.

Will someone tell Rod Kafer there is no concept of downward pressure in Rugby Union it is not in the rules. It is a league concept and he use to be some coach advisor to Rugby Australia on the payroll.

Bollocks. Rule 21
    1. The ball can be grounded in in-goal:

      1. By holding it and touching the ground with it; or

    1. By pressing down on it with a hand or hands, arm or arms, or the front of the player’s body from waist to neck.

Just No. SS players are not at this level, let along some of the Super Rugby players. How many times have we seen the best of SS step up and look completely outclassed.

Jeez not totally against it but that was a fucking quick penalty given, seen it taken far longer to award something like that
