my 16s stand outs from each school I’m aware off are.

oniti from Scot’s was outstanding in a bad Scot’s side, issac fonua was solid for kings in his 1st xv debut. Ben sewyar for kings 2nds was solid.

newo have a good young 13 who subbed on last week against joeys he has been solid, views winger Hartman also has been good . Jonty Fowler has been solid aswell as many other boys from the 16s age group at joeys in opens.

Not a big deal, but isnt it a bit unfair how all the hosts this week get crowds and the away teams dont

For example,

at 3:15 shore will be finished school while view will still have lessons being ran.
Kings years 11 & 12 are all being bussed out to Joeys, for both games I believe. No doubt a few from the younger years will do the dash at 3.10 as well.

This is where the View principal and his antics may have an effect on the crowd this Thursday. After boasting at least 1000 boys yesterday, might be lucky to get 100 out to Northbridge.

Massive shame for the boys considering all these students will be watching on Cluch anyway.

Agree on Onitoni, for mine he was Scots best, Haemasi Makasini is the sub 13 from Newington. Cooper Geurin Scots 1 a chance for Presidents also

The U16s A comp is looking like it is going to come right down to the wire with wins from Shore, Kings and Riverview. Will be interesting to see how the rest of the season plays out
