Wallabies 2023

I do find it funny whilst he’s still yet to play a game for them, now Force fans are the ones defending Donaldson and not Tahs fans.
Force fans are keen for him to get that sweet Wallaby top up why the Tahs have to pay full price for Tane and Harrison?

So Jorgensen will be right for the opening game against Georgia, does he get a run or can we not afford to take Georgia lightly?

Randwick ain't what they were. Hoiles is a great guy but not sure about his cred at coaching.
I think the club is finally getting over losing the licensed club.
Knowing the club like I do, I invite you to explain your comment about Hoiles and his coaching credibility, noting that they are two wins away from their first Shute Shield title since 2004.

If he can hold his own in super rugby against teams like the Hurricanes, and the Chiefs, he should be able to do it against Georgia, Fiji, and Portugal. IMO NOT Wales and Fiji, MAYBE Georgia, and LIKELY Portugal. Will be interesting if Eddie throws him at full-back or wing.

I suspect Eddie might throw a backline like this with Jorgo against Portugal
9. Issak
10. Donaldson
11. Jorgensen
12. Foketi
13. Perese
14. Vunivalu // Marky Mark (Nawaqanitawase)
15. Petia

Personally I think we play our best team every week for the Georgia, Fiji and Wales. Then we weigh it up from there for Portugal.

Plenty of rest between games.

It will be interesting to see what team we put out v France.
With resounding Eddie's focus on fitness, you'd have to think the plan is to rest sparingly. As a team, they need minutes together

Yeah we are a lot closer to Georgia than the top in the rankings.

Why are we sending Jorgo out to the wing now? Surely if your going to put him out there, play him in position.

I saw a video of a rugby coach talking about this subject recently. He stated that you have to do far more in supporting players and telling them what to do doesn't work.
You know it was quite interesting watching the Wales vs England game - it was mentioned that Steve Borthwick had been putting a lot of effort into changing Eddie's entrenched & deep-rooted 'culture of fear'...

Seems to really be paying dividends given the impressive over Wales with only 12 players on the pitch - shows there must be an outstanding team culture present for a group of players to achieve such an unlikely feat, against the odds.
