Don't mind that group BUT we need to be helping them out...

When there's a contestable kick put up but AB can't contest 'cos there's a blocker in the way, make it obvious.

When a scrum is called, AB need to be ready to pack down within 10 seconds & ask "why aren't they ready?" & later on point out that there's a pattern to this.

When a lineout is called, AB need to be ready to line up within 10 seconds & ask "why aren't they ready?" & later on point out that there's a pattern to this.

When Sexton starts cramping, AB need to ask what's in the Yakult-sized bottles the water carrier brings out, 'cos it sure as shit ain't water & as we all know only water is permitted.

Sadly I don't think our starting or finishing captain are up to those particular tasks.

Didn't know it's only water permitted.

As LeCheese said it was probably Pickle Juice. They use to use Beetroot as well. If water is the only thing what's the go? Does it come on as a medical thing being from the trainer just like giving them pain killers?

One of the most outdated rules in rugby, couldn't be enforced with so many teams sponsorship being with sports drink companies.

All Blacks: Beauden Barrett, Will Jordan, Rieko Ioane, Jordie Barrett, Leicester Fainga’anuku, Richie Mo’unga, Aaron Smith; Ardie Savea, Sam Cane (capt), Shannon Frizell, Scott Barrett, Brodie Retallick, Tyrel Lomax, Codie Taylor, Ethan de Groot. Reserves: Dane Coles, Tamaiti Williams, Fletcher Newell, Sam Whitelock, Dalton Papalii, Finlay Christie, Damian McKenzie, Anton Lienert-Brown.

Versions of this 23 have been circulating for a few days now so no real surprises but I'm confused about Christie over Roigard (unless he's got an.unreported injury) & have doubts about Newell against what is a really strong Irish scrum. Fainga’anuku has major upside on attack but his defence is a worry.

Edit: Telea omitted as punishment for breaking curfew.

Would have preferred seeing Roigard over Christie and Ofa over Newell.

Lomax needs to not get injured and deGroot needs to not get carded. Another Mt Smart performance from Frizell with Scott Barrett also not getting a card would be great.

I like our chances :D :D

What’s this absolute nonsense that Mack Hansen was unwanted by any professional team and was travelling through Ireland as a barman before being picked up by Connacht. Absolute bollocks.
Lol aren't some of these so called legends great?

As a chief Roigard fan, thought maybe it be him, but not overly concerned as not that much in it.

No doubt the truth lies somewhere in the middle

I certainly don't remember a storm when he left here
Yeah the narrative that gets trotted out was he had to make ends meet by being a barman and he was plucked from obscurity. He went to Connacht for a pay day that Aus couldn't match. If he wanted to keep getting paid as a squadman in Australia the Force or Rebels would've taken him.

There was a bit of fuss on these forums actually. Most of the Bumbreeze fans had him touted as a first teamer in the next year or two and he was already appearing for them from the bench (behind established Wallabies in the first team).

Ireland just trying to plan down their scumbaggery.

Given he's got an Irish mum I'm ok with that kinda scumbaggery

I'd be fine with it too, if i was benefiting.
So how would you amend the rules for eligibility?
Only play for the country of your birth?

NB: I don't agree that Lowe, Gibson Park or Aki should be playing for Ireland as I think they have no connection to Ireland at the time of arrival.
