Thanks for your efforts Jets, and well done to Running Rugby and all those that voted with their heads! Is there a GAGR prize?

Can't believe how far away I was....

Thanks for the congratulations guys. I really enjoyed the picking competition for the local comp. Hopefully next year I might get out to watch a few more games. A special thanks to Jets for his organisation of the comp. Now before this starts sounding like an Academy Award winning speech and I thank god I will humbly depart.

I was just about to start playing some music over you RR.

Happy to do it guys. I was impressed with how many stayed around for the whole season. Was a very good year in Premier rugby this year and by the looks of it a lot of the clubs in the bottom half of the table are being quite proactive about 2012. Lets hope for more good games next year. We might be able to sort out a prize next year to make it a bit more exciting.

Just confirming: the winner was a guy who doesn't watch much club rugby? This makes me sad.

:D

Not so much this year- a change of jobs has kept me busy. Over the previous few years I have been pretty active and like to get to as many grade and premier games as possible. I feel lucky in some ways as I don't have a particular premier team I follow I tend to watch particular players and I try to closely follow the premier coaches and their influence on the clubs they are at.

I was more commenting on my own appalling tipping... But I do think that having no particular allegiance to one club is an advantage in tipping comps - more likely to tip with the head, not the heart.
