With Laud at Outside Center? I would assume that they (Emtage and Gardner) would keep him at wing after his astounding game on Saturday and his constant runs down the sideline. Also their are rumors of Aiono repeating on his scholarship.
Nah Zac Laud and Cam Griffin will go centres, along with a assume ferg at either 10 or 9 and i am not sure if thats true about Aiono

Laud played 12 for the first half of the season in the Firsts this year, logically they would put him back there. While on the wing on the weekend I agree he had a strong attacking game, I have to admit I thought defensively he was a bit of a liability...

Lakehm Aiono is not repeating, these are totally baseless rumours. This is not Grammar policy, Greene's repeating was a one off.

On another note, how many of BBC's injured stars are in grade 11 and eligible to play next year? I hope for their sake the majority, because the BBC 16A's didnt win a game this year. It would be a shame to see BBC's potential this year at least not translate to anything further down the track

When do you (the video people whoever you may be) think the highlights reel of the bgs nc game will be uploaded? wouldn't mind checking out some of the replays

A bit off topic but with this talk about who the best fly half is ive just put together my backline dream team. I am telling you now i have only seen a few teams play so you may rightfully disagree. I will probably spell most of the names wrong to.

9. Dyring (BBC)
10. Dalgleish (GT)
11. Tenakanai (NC)
12. Tuttle (NC)
13. Heenan (GT)
14. Ioane (ACGS)
15. Placid (TGS)

After watching GT play twice and at rep trials Dalgleish is the best fly half and his kicking game is underated though still not as good as Greens. James is a gun howver i think he would struggle when put into a totally new team. Never saw TSS, TGS, BSHS or IGS play so they might have a better outside then Heenan?
how is there no BGS player in the "dream team" if we won...?

BGS have actually got quite a strong under 15 age group but have just had a lot of unlucky injuries. A few star players like Eddie McCorley, Nyoah Rosiman and Tom Rutherford-Taura and James Hill were out getting shoulder reconstructions and other injuries. These players and other players were in the first XV training squad before the season (Paddy Dooley and Harry Egan). While some might predict a BGS flop next year, I think they have the depth to stay at least in the top three.
I know for a fact that Eddie Mccorley, Nyoah Rosmarin and Harry Egan were the only people in the train on squad

What is with all this hate on light? All he did was predict who would win, and his prediction was Churchie. At the time, that's what most people were saying. Some people here have very short memories - Churchie & NC were tipped to be 1 and 2 by everyone at the beginning of the year.

He then argued that Eason was a better player than Greene - again, something which is open for disagreement, but it certainly isn't an absolutely ridiculous assertion, and hence he is perfectly within his rights to present a case as to why.

Now if any of you can tell me how it is thus okay to vilify him, please do justify. However I can say that light has added significantly more to this thread for the past year since he signed up than any of you one post wonders calling him a faggot. Disgraceful. Lights been on board since mid last year, and has certainly earned a lot of respect from the members here (members being those who didn't create accounts an hour ago)...

There needs to be a zero tolerance on that kind of behaviour in this forum, otherwise it'll go to the dogs.

good to see another member of the tubba family sticking to a faggot who can't accept that we won!!

I don't go to Grammar but my Dad is a Grammar old boy who is disgusted at this type of attitude.

U16's looks interesting next year again, the competition will be tight once more I think. Injuries and depth will be key.

I couple of idiots hurling personal abuse on this thread - one's banned and the other is well on his way.

Keep it clean fellas

I think one thing this season has shown representative wise is that it is a bit folly to pick a rep team before any meaningful games have been played.

I'd like to see a full term 2 rugby program where GPS, AIC, TAS and the strong state highs (Wavell, Marsden, PBC, Keebra Park etc.), play the other schools in the area.

It would give the Queensland Selectors a better idea about what they are working with, and by the time term 3 comes around the GPS teams would have their combinations fine-tuned.

That'd be hard with the AIC and TAS schools in the middle of their season but I know in term one last year there were interassossiation games played as trials to both teams, but the GPS teams dominated...

Do you think that they would put Ferg at 10? He has really shown his specialty is at 9 and I don't think he is big enough to be at 10.

They said the same thing about Greene.
I think he has the ability to play flyhalf.
Might benefit if he puts on 10 kg for next year.
Also, don't know about his kicking skills.
