As TA has said, believe him only if things are written down. Does that make any of what he said last night believable?

Good to see that a second airport for Sydney is getting some space on the hustings, but both gutless mobs will not commit to a location or timeframe apart from doing some more work with mirrors - "to be looked into".

They seem to like to the concept of creating jobs in the West, but do not want to be held accountable to the NIMBY interest groups for this election.

True about the lack of guts HJ, but the atmosphere in western Sydney has really changed over the past 10 years or so - even the Labor candidate for Macarthur, to be heavily affected by a Badgery's Creek airport, has come out in favour of it.

At the debate, TA said "pink batts that caught fire".

Pink batts are made of fibreglass, therefore not flammable.

This from the self-proclaimed non-techhead.

No, my post was about TA, not KR.
Always is.
You are prepared to misrepresent Keith Murdoch for your own political ends and yet think that the real issue is whether there was a fire in a pink batt.
I await your first balanced observation on any topic with interest.

I don't misrepresent people for political ends. Maybe you don't like my viewpoint, but that doesn't mean that I'm wrong.

That TA said that pink batts caught fire is a measure of the man.

I have never said that KR is the be all and end all.

"I await your first balanced observation on any topic with interest." Pointing out wrongs doesn't mean that I'm imbalanced. Again, maybe you don't like my viewpoint, but that doesn't mean that I'm wrong.

You speak of balance, I'm trying to redress some of the imbalance.

What or whose imbalance are you trying to correct?
I am yet to see a post in which you criticise the ALP or Rudd.
I am not left in any doubt that your purpose is not to correct wrongs but to promote the ALP.
Abbott should not have suggested that the batts burnt but whether there was a fire in the batts or not is really not the point - the point is the way the whole program was handled.
I expect you to tell me that it was handled brilliantly because it stimulated the economy. But even Rudd recognised it could have done so without the harm.

One of reasons why you are"yet to see a post in which you criticise the ALP or Rudd" is because there are plenty of people that criticise the ALP or Rudd.

As for "I am not left in any doubt that your purpose is not to correct wrongs but to promote the ALP", you're very wrong. I've never voted for the ALP (or the Greens, before you ask)

And not Abbott?
Anyway I've made my point.

Are like this with anyone that disagrees with your viewpoint?

Do you shut your eyes, put your fingers into your and say "la, la, la" to block out dissenting viewpoints?

Do you expect people to bow at your feet?

Do you use "I've made my point" as an excuse to shut down discussion?

Tell us again about Keith Murdoch and his anti semitism - no one will check your unsubstantiated claims.
