Can only hope it's a bonus point win to take a bit of the sting out of the Ellis Park fixture.

^ or a loss to put some real spice and meaning into the Ellis Park decider.

Doesn't really matter as winner takes all at Ellis Pork regardless of the outcome at La Plata or Newlands, unless the ABs and Wobbs win in which case it's all over.

Go Wallabies!

Not quite, if they beat the Pumas then they only need to come within 7 of the Saffas. With a bonus point today, then the Saffas need to score 4 try's and win by more than 7

Anthems contest has been won by Los Pumas.

Fire in their eyes and passion on their faces.

If Los Pumas can keep up this pressure and intensity for 80 minutes, we are going to have a belter of a game on our hands.

Sanchez slots a PK to lead 3 - 0 . 9 min gone.

Tit for tat penalties and Los Pumas could be leading 9 - 3 as they miss a simple PK.

Score remains 6 - 3 to the Blue and white team. 20 minutes gone. Puma looking impressive and will fancy their chances next week.

Local crowd is "Irish Silent" when Sanchez takes kicks for goal.

Savea Senior looks like he has got meat by showing some out and out pace down the touch line.

Edit:
The Laser warrior returns. Silly stuff.

Sir Ruchie GOAT is Kicking Tee Boy. Commentary team suggesting that he could be back for the Ellis Park test.

Black 8 Pumas 6. 25 minutes gone.

Oranges coming up. Los Pumas only 2 points behind. NZL 11 - ARG 9

Something special could be on in the next 40 minutes if Los Pumas can hold their nerve and discipline.

If there are more than 2 scrums in the second half they may well do so.

I think there was a stat at the start of the game that the NZ scrum was 900kg and Los Pumas was only 850kg, and yet they have managed to shunt the Darkness backwards on several occasions including that memorable one that would have gone 10 metres.

Most H/T stats fairly even

Darkness are 6 penalties to 2
Pumas 7 missed tackles to 2

You said it. This has the making a historic victory if they can hold their nerve and fitness.

The Pumas are very often close at halftime against us, but generally it doesn't remain that way in the final 20 minutes. I expect the forwards will have been given a rocket at half time and we will be alright. 4 tries looks optimistic though.

Argies kick it out on the full for an immediate scrum on half way. Clever, Argies, Clever!

They won't be liking getting done in the scrummaging department.

Was it the 2003 ENG team that last showed up the Darkness scrum like this Pumas mob are doing?

Italians, Argies, Boks have all done it on occasions since then I think. AB's have never really been dominant in that department.
