I enjoyed watching that today - I saw some wag TV reviewer said that he was disappointed that 9 was only covering "the last 3 hours of each stage"!

Not sure if today's stage is to be televised live. Cricket on Ch 9 and couldn't get the full day's program for Gem. Anybody able to throw light on the situation?

If the replay later tonight is the only coverage, it's just another example of why there should be no protected sports for FTA in this country.

There was live coverage from my couch yesterday. I had to double-check that it was Channel Nein and not SBS.

Was asking about today, Pfitzy. Have found it at 12.30 on Gem.

Does anyone else think the Ch 9 coverage has too much 'talking heads' content? Good as it is to listen to Phil and Paul, we really don't need to see so much of them at the expense of race coverage. Ditto Robbie McEwan.

Anyway, congratulation to Caleb Ewen. Made the rest of the field look like it was standing still in the final sprint.

What a fabulous finish to the Glenelg - Campbelltown stage. Apparently, hitting speeds of 105kmh down from the Corkscrew.

Congratulations Simon Gerrans, just edging out Rohan Dennis to take over the race lead.

Yeah saw the stage today and thought the downhill run to the finish was interesting. Don't think I've seen that too many times. I liked the fact that two of our Aussie rock stars in Dennis and Gerrans were in the mix at the finish. Looking pretty close in the GT right now.

It's a great clip SBS have included. Not only do you see her motoring along in bullshit horrible conditions, but you can see the deathly cold glint in her shark's eyes as she cheats her way through the photos and interviews on the winner's podium.

Wait. It's not the British girl who won who is being accused of cheating.

It is a bike that was found in the pits that wasn't used in the race that belonged to a Dutch girl that was found with the battery in it.

Good point - watched the clip at work without headphones. Ear-bleedingly obvious...

Can we all agree to not call it mechanical doping? What an idiotic term. How about just plain old cheating. We wouldn't taking the sneaky back way cartographic doping would we ;-)

Matty Hayman winning the Paris-Roubaix last night was just amazing.

Hard to find a more deserving bloke.

I can't wait for OGE to release their Backstage Pass video of the race.
