A pity, but I'd rather those four are ready for Round four v Brisvegas.
Do you have the inside word on why Lorenzo and Mitch are not in a NRC Team? Same for Lopeti?

I'm not sure I'm sorry. With Lopeti, I would hope it is because he is wearing a Gold jersey this weekend!

Anyone know if Pama Fou is likely to feature this season. I'm interested to see how he goes. Watching footage of him on YouTube he looks pretty quick. Got on the outside of Perry Baker which consodering Baker is express that's quite encouraging.

He ruptured an ACL back in June that kept him out of the Olympics. It might be quite a while before we see him play anywhere.

Here we go, this is what I'm looking for:

Melbourne Rising injury update following Round 2 v Queensland Country brought to you by Wilson Medic One:

Jonah Placid (head): Test
Dom Shipperley (knee): 2 – 4 weeks
Fereti Sa’aga (hamstring): 3 – 5 weeks
Laurie Weeks (elbow): 6 – 8 weeks
Mitch Inman (hand): 6 – 8 weeks
Colby Fainga’a (knee): indefinitely
Jack Maddocks (illness): indefinitely

Not the prettiest of lists, but better to know than be lurching around in the dark.

What was Sefa's issue? Just withdrawn?

Hope the three of them are fit for next week, and Dom for the week after.

Colby and Maddocks for me at this stage are: it's a bonus if their fit in time, but I'm not expecting either to play.

Hope the Bip 10, Jack 15 gets persisted with, think it's good for both of them, don't think it's hindered either the teams or their personal performance.

Wasn't Sefa at the Wallaby bivouac?

JD still had a couple of furry moments, better though. I do agree that Bip is worth persevering with at 10.

I thought Toolis went off a bit early, I didn't catch that he picked up a head knock.

For Sefa, it was more that he was named on the bench then replaced with a backrower (Taufa).

Don't think Toolis is a Blindside, would prefer to rotate the locks for the remaining games and start Fox and Rob.

Jack had a few stuff ups, but I'd much prefer him there than Placid!

I have noticed that NSW Country and Vikings are running “reserve grade” teams as openers for their games. Are rising doing anything similar?

Due to the fact that Rising is choccas with Rebels players, is there a representative or development team for dewar shield players?
