I suspect this sort of crap is what you get when the average age of the marketing department is 22. Disappointing when the average age of the Tah fan is probably 50.
Maybe to get the kids in they’ll start doing the squad signing announcements over TikTok.
Well if it makes him feel better then we can play Gleeson at 7, Gamble at 6 and Hanigan at 8.
Thats so much better than Hanigan (6), Gamble (7) and Gleeson (8)…..
I think Tom Lambert performed a good job of filling in for Bell at the Tahs. I wouldn’t rule him out as a LH option for the Wallabies with a bit more time.
How many players on top would have come in if Rennie had picked the squad? Hooper, Lolesio, Swain, Holloway maybe?
Still leaves 16 odd players on top ups not thought to be in the best 34.
On that side it’s true. But if there are 20 players out there on top up’s that aren’t in the RWC squad. Why are they getting top ups?
Obviously the decisions around who gets them need to be looked at. I can accept some injuries and some form dips, but 20 seems like way too many.
A horrible stat has popped out in the media. Out of the 37 players on RA top ups, less than half are in the RWC squad.
While I expect with a new coach there would be a disconnect between his vision and legacy contracts. I don’t see Rennies squad being so different that more than half the squad...
Sua'ali'i’s manager is jumping on the pile on suggesting the Wallabies are not good enough for his boy and he might back out. And honestly, I couldn’t care less if he did.
