They could play matches where there is a gathering of no more than 10 people, and so matches at State High might be possible.
Howarth had a lot of impact last season at BBC. Hopefully we get to see him and some of the others play in the GPS this season.
Yes, let's stop pretending BGS, Churchie, BBC, Terrace etc. don't give out scholarships. They give more than any other schools in Queensland, and.
All good mate!
On another point, I am wondering whether the corona virus will shut down the GPS rugby this season.
I wouldn't agree with that. There's nothing particularly "spartan" about Ross Oval, nor Tennyson, nor Ambrose Treacy etc. The facilities are.
Not sure re BGS but its interesting what "Brave and Game" mentions above with 13 available this year for the Terrace 1sts who got game time last.
BGS do engage in rugby scholarships. Very much so. Why wouldn't they? Nudgee started to offer rugby scholarships in the mid 80s to keep up with.
They play other schools who are looking for games which could be other GPS teams who might be playing State High or Grammar that week for instance or.
They play soccer in a different term to rugby and I think it is at least as popular as rugby in the GPS schools now. The First XV games keep getting.
When I was at Nudgee (20 or so years ago) we went down to the 9ths with 150 kids in the grade.
It's really sad that BSHS, IGS and BGS can only put.
Are there any star flyhalves likely to be playing in this year's premiership? I'm sure Nudgee will miss Pasatoa enormously this year after having him.
I agree re not crowning any team yet but I am just hoping for an interesting season with some well contested games and perhaps an exciting.
With the change of coaching at BBC, I wouldn't be surprised if it's a Nudgee v BBC "final". This match might be the last or perhaps the second last.
What a complete joke..
