Brumbies v Waratahs, Sat 1st April, GIO

Pocock is pushing for a new stadium in Civic where the pool is. It's an absolute no brainer - 10-15000 people spilling out of a stadium 5mins walk from the city is infinitely better than a 20min bus ride out to a cold stadium with nothing around it. The issue seems to be parking space, but I...

    Rebels v Reds 25/03 @ AAMI

Karma - the TMO robbed both sides of a certain try. Wasn't a knock on, and even if he held him there's no way he was making that tackle. Both sides even on the dogy TMO calls

    Rebels v Reds 25/03 @ AAMI

That's one of the most fucked calls i've ever seen. Stripped/dropped in the tackle

I wouldn't be surprised if Gordon plays 10 for at least half a dozen games this year. If not this year, he's got long term Gold 10 all over him. His defence is the standout for me - its expected you can pass and kick as a 10, but very few young 10's seems to enjoy smashing people.

    Rebels v Reds 25/03 @ AAMI

I think this is how he imagines himself swarming around the ruck

    Rebels v Reds 25/03 @ AAMI

And somehow gets the first try - Rebels should be filthy, they've dominated the first 10 mins.

Jeez Flook will be sore tomorrow after that one

    Crusaders v Brumbies

Very disappointing end to that half, should have gone in 14-10. Got the wind behind us in this half, should help a fair bit maintaining territory, but they need a try immediately.

    Wallabies 2023

I'm astonished that Eddie hasn't retained Lord as his forwards coach. Local, already in the system so has detailed knowledge of each forward's strengths/weaknesses etc

    Crusaders v Brumbies

I think they were injured, vaguely remember seeing something a few weeks ago. I'm.....apprehensive about this team. Unless Bernie is playing 4D chess and hoping the Crusaders mentally switch off after seeing the team list and he's planning an ambush, the only other reason other than injury...

    Brumbies 2023

It’s easier to make a fast car reliable, than make a reliable car faster. The brain farts will fade away as he gets more experience in the role

    Wallabies 2023

Floating a very left field idea - Lealiifano still looks in good nick at Moana Pasifika. He'd qualify as an OS option, is very experienced, and our options at 10 are 35yr old Quade recovering from a ruptured achillies Lolesio JOC (James O'Connor) Half a dozen rookies Hodge? It's well out there but he's still...

I thought he was taller than that, tbf.

    Brumbies v Moana 7.35pm 18/3/23

I've thought about that as well - Muirhead is a more consistent/safer player, but Wright was a junior flyhalf and seems to have more playmaking skills in his kit, but not by much. That try to Toole was a great example - excellent hands to take the inside ball, bit of a shimmy and then a 20m pass...

He'll be capped a few times this year
