I figure either way is good. We have had to play hard games so we are battle hardened. Plus playing familiar opposition might be a good thing.
As you can see i'm a glass half full kind of guy.

What do you think the chances of Cheika and Gatland coming together and making a gentlemans agreement of getting all non first picks to play OR golden oldies rule ie only run as hard as you want to be tackled.

Hi there,
Sometime poster and sometime reader.
It annoys me that the English supporters sing during any of the Pacific Nations 'war dance' or 'haka' per se.
This is coming from an Aussie.
Did this and/or the 'Hakarena' upset you either?
I just felt that it is disgusting not respecting...
Yeah either way i reckon. I just think that given their recent dominance why shouldnt every country have something of cultural significance to observe?

So i was watching the England Vs The Dominating Evil Rugby Empire. I can't help but be impressed with the England supporters singing Swing Low during the Haka.
So why don't we do this with Waltzing Matilda?

Yep that would be satisfactory.
Notice that i didn't (and nor would i) post the link. Whilst i had hoped there was a legal one, Foxtel, going to the pub and trying to get a pub in suburban sydney to put a 3rd tier rugby game on television whilst 2 of the most supported tier 1 Rugby League...
Speaking of rumours. If i witnessed a certain player somewhere with someone and it could lead to a story with a journo. Who would could i tell and could i get a nice case of beer out of it?
Problem with that tactic is that you'll may find yourself isolated, in a bad body position. Plus the bloke you just took it off, can always come back and take right back.
Hey if you are good enough at doing it, do it. But safer option is to lock that ball up, hold on like your life depended on...
So i am a bit confused, there is already a facility to award scrum for the 5 seconds? I understand that there is a rule already for a tackled ball to the team going forward, is the change that the defending team will get the scrum if they don't 'use it'?
