Hugh Roach has re-signed for 2 more years as well.
Volavola or perhaps even moving Beale back there and bringing someone into inside. I suspect it would be Volavola into fullback however.
I still think 15 would be Beale's best position but i dont see that changing anytime soon.
The issue with Roach and the back-up hooker is now very important with Latu likely to get atleast one week.
For me Roach will do a fine job standing in for Latu, obviously won't have the same impact around the ground as Latu has, but he is very good over the ball and is surprisingly quick and...
I see Pat Sio is playing for Eastwood.
I thought he had signed to go over to France? Has he come back early? Or is he yet to leave?
If he's here for next year he could be a good addition to cover the backrow.
Yeh AAC (Adam Ashley-Cooper) is aiming to be back for the game against the Canes.
In other news Sam Lousi is out for the rest of the season with a shoulder injury. http://www.smh.com.au/rugby-union/waratahs/sam-lousi-ruled-out-for-super-rugby-season-20150401-1md9dd.html
I'd like to see Jed Holloway make it onto...
Cheers Lee
Yeh I agree no rush on either of them, but they both seem like such good prospects I would love to have them both locked into long-term contracts. And with Alofa gone, I can see Kellaway getting a few chances next season.
I thought I read somewhere that we have also signed Harry Jones for next season. Does anyone know if there is any truth to that?
I'd love to have both of them in the squad for next season, they both look like class players.
Carraro will start and Taqele will be on the bench most likely. Hopefully to add some impact late in the game, steamroll over a few tired Brumbies boys.
To'omua is also out for the Brumbies so this really has become a must win for the Tahs. Hopefully on the back of a good test series and...
Huh???
I don't believe I have criticised Latu at all. I have merely stated my opinion that I believed based on watching them both last season that I thought Roach would turn out to be the better hooker. If you think that is a criticism then you are sorely mistaken.
I agree that Latu has...
I agree that Latu is more physically capable than Roach at this stage hence being choose ahead of him. But I see Roach going past Latu in the long run, hopefully at the Tahs. Its good to have both of them as they are both looking like good prospects.
