Absolutely. At the very least it stops every other team from getting a real bearing of what opposition they're up against until the big dance. It's stupidly unfair for a few reasons and at the end of the day feels like a hollow result
Pretty tough couple of weeks to be an Eastwood fan. Warringah stole the game from underneath us a couple weeks ago and today Uni got a pretty big score on us which really wasn't reflective of the match. We're letting ourselves down by not converting a good amount of opportunities to points...
Both decisions were with the huge support of the TMO. In fact the first instance was the result of the TMO specifically stopping the game for review.
Anyway, I wasn't there so I can't comment too much, but Park footy officiating can definitely be far from satisfactory sometimes however I...

What stuck out to me more than anything was the noise from...
Bloody hell - certainly a heavy rumour. If half the board resigned then surely everyone will hear about it sooner rather than later.
Regardless of reason, could this feasibly spell the end of Penrith in Shute Shield?
I imagine the purpose is to somehow have a Rugby Union presence all the way to the West end of Sydney. Unsure whether it's doing more harm than good though.
