Has he said this, or do you just know? I was hoping that the money from a home world cup may be used to retain players in Australia and stop them leaving for money. I guess he may want to leave for the adventure no matter the money on offer?

I never played at a level where I trialed for anything important, but I am sure if I did, my dad would have suggested that successfully pilfering the ball at multiple important stages of every match I play will get me noticed and lead to higher player ratings. To be the devil's advocate...

I think Thomas is pretty equal with McDermott skill wise and I think he is maturing and making better on the run decisions. I think he will be better than McDermott eventually, he is not there yet but I think he has more potential. I wonder if we will see McDermott and Lynagh work as a pair...

I am looking forward to the battle between Thomas and McDermott for the starting spot. I am hoping for a massive year from Thomas and it would be great for the team if Tate had to work hard to get his job back.
