Major Spliff Biggins is a wealthy industrialist with a penchant for child slavery and sudoku. A benevolent man, he has given small goods, and a number of infectious diseases to the poor and malnourished. Biggins began his career in clandestine economic operations in 1981, following a failed assassination attempt of Gary Coleman by Mossad agents. Following a failed coup in Narnia, he moved offices to the Nakatomi Plaza, California. Biggins enjoys long walks on the beach, the smell of freshly cut grass and aggresive cornholing.
