Omega Shred A good way to achieve a well rounded workout is to do exercises that utilize two opposing muscle groups, such as the back and chest. This gives one muscle group a break while you work the opposite and also ensures that you don't train unevenly and create muscle imbalances. This will increase the intensity of your workout and the time you're at the gym is reduced.
