Well having games at smaller grounds means you can allocate priority access to Super Rugby members or other ARU priority groups. I don't know if the ARU have an equivalent to to CA's Australian Cricket Family or the FFA's Football Family which includes A-League Club members, grassroots...

Did you know that Rugby is popular in Wellington and not in Melbourne? It must come as quite a shock to you to figure this out so late. It would also come as a shock to you that people aren't willing to go to a event that they don't really like in the first place, if the venue is inadequate...

Going to be more Blues fans than rebels at this rate. There will be 50k at Etihad for the Melbourne Derby and at least 70k at the MCG for Collingwood vs Geelong, zero chance of a crowd. Know plenty of Rebels regulars who are choosing to go to the A-League instead.

When you have more than 5 professional sides in your country, it doesn't matter if you import foreign players. There are plenty of clubs for English or French national team players to play at.
