    underdogs Villanova and Iona forward packs have been hitting the gym hard and will be bringing alot of raw size and strength the AIC competition and other schools St Pats, Padua and Marist should look watch there backs when their on the pitch.

    Iona will be far from average lacking strength and depth within their whole pack, very interested in a the front row which Iona will play considering there lacking in size throughout the whole senior school

    Villanova 15's of 2014 have alot of talent coming through the villanova rugby system. I wouldn't be surprised to see a few these boys starting players such as Sam Lacey and Max Harding
