Yeah, that's quite a good point! It would be a great opportunity to play alongside and learn from them. my viewpoint is correct ;)

I imagine he would be a shoe in for the provincial team. However, I think the Provincial team is a great development opportunity, which makes me wonder why he has put his hand up. SIRU/Brumbies Provincial is great for players to be tested and challenged above what they normally would, which...

Good work picking a squad, It's a pretty fresh face looking side with a number of the older/usual names missing. It's still good to see some old heads like Munro, Hardie, Burey though. It's also good to see a selection from such a wide variety of clubs with 8 of the twelve clubs represented!

Yeah agree, more the merrier for the Brumbies tournament. Especially because it's typically been a two horse race between Monaro and SIRU, unfortunately South Coast aren't as competitive.

CSU v City will be very interesting. I'd be tipping CSU, I think without the Lagali boys City's backline will miss the beat. But like all things, you don't know of what recruits the new season will bring. Anyone heard of any other player changes/recruits??

Also you mentioned Dan Maloney... is he likely to come back in 2014??? Coach or player? He was class and I think Aggies sorely missed him this year. Good solid 5/8 and I think that he would have made a good combination with Burey at #9.

@Jack01 - it's a tough one Ag coach. Dave Armstrong last I heard was going to Junee to take on a leadership role there.... is there any confirmation of this? Whitely would be a good coach but he's a great player! Losing Whitley would be a big impact to Aggies.

Ok, so I'm a keen Albury follower and just joined the thread. The steamers are unsure what's happening, theres talk here and talk there of who's going to return but a few of the names are: Nathan Bright - unsure.... there is talk of him going again.... he's like John Farnham... this will be...
