I was fortunate enough to be present at this afternoons session as well.
I can confirm TLH observation that Mowen was not training and was sitting out. George Smith was wearing a starting XV Green jersey. The session had a number of invited guests watching and some lucky locals who jumped the back fence.
My thoughts were the Wallabies looked in good spirits with the backs sharp and using plenty of play-maker options. The forwards did a lot of work on the line out with many contested. The final captains run showcased the attack tactics. Afterwards the team mingled with the few spectators and posed for photos.
Mr Lion...Was that you talking with many players afterwards? What did you learn from Ben Mowen? You seemed to be talking for a while with him.
