1-15, Man for Man, I reckon we've got the better side, exception of Morahan v RLM and Wykes v Jeffries.

Some of parts and all that. We're also missing the advantage of greater fitness that we've had in the last few weeks. Still tipping us, but its gonna be close. Not so when we play Country next week.

Are you smoking crack?

The majority of the Spirit players are better than the Rising players.

It will come down to either lack of combination for the Spirit players or lack of freshness for the Rising players. You guys haven't been under any pressure yet- I wonder how you will hold up.

Have to say, after all the bullshit of the past couple of weeks, I'm looking forward to seeing a cracking game of footy today.

Go Rising!

Looking for spirit to play there hearts out and shock the rising here. Home game for city against a worn out spirit side for the final.

The Rising have lost their two best players and their best winger. Will be an uphill battle to win against a rampant Perth. Player-for-player, Perth are stronger across almost the entire 23, and given the brilliantly tailored player management program will be coming into the final fresh and rested. Hard to see anything other than a two try win to the Spirit as they run over the top of the Rising in the last 10.

Poor Defensive organisation and a clever grubber from DHP sees Brache in for the first try of the game. Holmes can't convert, spirit lead 0-5, 23 gone.

Brache is in for a double after an intercept. Conversion is good, Spirit lead 0-13 24.30 gone.

Poor execution in the first 20 minutes biting the Rising on the arsenal.

Same formula from the Rising as had been all year. Dominant opening stanza, before letting the opposition in. Difference is that they didn't score 2-4 tries in that time.

Mitch scores off first phase ball, Debreczeni converts, Rising trail 8-13, 28 minutes gone.
