Great GPS season one of the best I have seen. I definitely think next season is set to be a massive one. With the home and away 10 game GPS season with all schools being very evenly talented. I think this is the end of the joeys era until there current 15s are in the firsts. Cant wait, see you...
Very good game of rugby at Bellevue hill today. Was an outstanding game with scots obviously winning the first half and shore being the better team in the second half that was topped off with a magnificent field goal by shore to win. 32-29.
This year I think the competition has been very close with all schools. Apart from joeys who I think are on another level compared to everyone else you could see every game going either way.
I would like to know peoples opinions on the next few years of GPS. I hear Scot’s, Newington and Shore have had succession in the 16s last year and there 16A teams this year are looking fairly strong.
I believe the lack of winning for Riverview this year has come down to training and games. They just simply have not had enough training or games to keep up to standards with everyone else. They keep cancelling everything. Also a massive problem they have is all the water drains down onto there...
I believe scots have a huge problem with there fields. To rely on the council fields is just not right especially for a private school which turns over millions of $$$ a year.
