Definitely right. With the teams that have solid marketing support they will be tracking the main # and retweeting from this.
With teams without this, they will need strength in the core # and brand - to grow the footprint of NRC we need to stick to one core message/stream/hashtag
GAGR...
I disagree. I think they actually moved players between the two to counter this. 15 Reds players in Country 16 in City and a lot of shuffling of 2014 NRC players. City might have more known douches like JOC (James O'Connor) and Hunt but the thing I love about the NRC is the absolute new stars that shine even...
If Stiles is looking at a Kerevi/Hunt centres pairing does that mean O'Connor moves to fullback and someone like Tela is on the wing?
Postal only also in WTS so perhaps Moore jumps ahead onto bench?
Agree that none of them were guaranteed starters, but I have to question why: Carter has never really rated above a 6, and neither was Horwill. So why not start someone with captaincy experience if the results of their play isn't going to be that different.
Good point. But I think the team wouldn't let him kick heads, and there's your problem. If you don't listen to your captain, either you get lost or your captain gets lost. But with no one listening it could well be the captain who gets lost.
God bless you for saying that. I am a Reds fan, so I admit to anti-Tah bias, but on this occasion I can't even say it is my bias. Hooper is not a captain, and it is also affecting his game, so lose-lose. Not sure who the alternative is, but seriously I my nan would be better at ref management.
Agree, but on the basis of our own stupidity and ill discipline, they did deserve too - they milked scenarios very well, refused to budge on possession and just sat and waited for us to implode.
Ah. Interesting point but I would rather have 23 players who are all better/experienced, rather than the two tiers we have now. Injury not helping certainly, but depth is a problem which could take 2-3 years to fix if the NRC proves it's job.
Agree with everything you said. Everything. But I am sick of these things actually mattering. With the total lack of discipline on the field, the penalty count so high and an inability to retain possession, our piss poor bench efforts, our inability to score in the second half, we allowed shit...
