You know i think there is something in that . I have watched the season unfold and there is definately an overemphasis on training. From Summer Season rugby where coaching staff told boys to basically give up other sports for rugby to be considered for selection in the firsts. NZ tours, season...
what an amazing performance from Waves. The Knox boys were really neer in the hunt. Some big name players missing in action when they needed them to stand up. Poor choices from the no 10 with probably one of his worst games of the year. Standout for Knox would be Frost as to be expected. Waves...
Based on today - Knox won't get there . I watched 4 games today and Knox seemed to have a missing ingredient - passion and commitment . Seconds were terrible. Who is coaching them - time to drop the coaching staff and half the forwards should be dropped to the lower grades . Very poor work rate...

Didnt they also abandon the game on the weekend against joeys? who fielded their second string...
thought that the forwards for knox except for the number 1 looked fragile under the pressure of the bigger Auggies lads. The knox backrow looked tame. 4 and 5 were invisible and flankers similar.
backs looked slick and played with composure. No 14 and 15 in the backs for Knox were very very...
