My guess is that we can all agree that the Wallaby scrum needs to be better. Given we have a collection of forwards who are or close to the best in Australia, how do you go about making them more effective, and why has this been so hard to achieve, since we have been hearing how bad they are for...
Living in the UK, I get to watch Toulon play nearly every week. Giteau and Mitchell are playing superbly, especially Giteau. Lets forget what ever rules the ARU has put in place and get these guys back in the Wallabies for the RWC. They make the present incumbents look like schoolboys.
I am overseas and noting the Skevvies incredible run of victories this year. No points scored against them and their lowest score 36 points. Any locals care to comment?
I want to say that, what ever it takes, Christchurch should retain their World Cup fixtures... hopefully the governing bodies and fans will get behind the City to make this happen. I say this as a died in the wool Aussie supporter.
Do we have the technology to build a robot scrum simulator that can emulate the forces and movements of an opposing scrum? I guess it is technologically feasible... hopefully mad scientists deep in the basement laboratories at AIS are working on this as we speak... this could be our secret...
I am in the UK and it looks like Sky will not be showing the Hong Kong game... this is a terrible situation for this Aussie/Kiwi household.
Anyone know if it is being broadcast on the web?
