    DON'T PANIC - G&GR Front Page getting a facelift

Looks great guys. The only issue I see is that the underline font comes up as a strike through n the iPad. This seems to be a pretty common iPad issue though. Keep up the good work!

    Motorcycles - Bikes and Riders

The VTR1000F is a great bike. This is mine, I have been riding it for about 5 years now and love it. Great sound, enough power for me, rides really nice and is nice and simple to service! There is a simple beauty to a 1000cc, carburated v-twin.

    First Junior Coaching Role.

Don't be afraid to introduce them to new positions. I think all players should experience playing in each main area: front row, second/loose, halves, midfield and backs.

Things that I love about Rugby these days

The spectacle of grinding forward play with fit, experienced forwards. The ABs in the opening minutes of the second half during the second Bledisloe is a great example.

Things that get up my nose about rugby these days

Very true. In that case, you are correct, sorry about the confusion. 17.5 SUCCESSFUL END TO A MAUL A maul ends successfully when : • the ball or a player with the ball leaves the maul

Things that get up my nose about rugby these days

That is incorrect. The law is as follows: 17.4 OFFSIDE AT THE MAUL (f) When players of the team who are not in possession of the ball in the maul voluntarily leave the maul such that there are no players of that team left in the maul, the maul may continue and there are two offside lines...

Cricket: Australia v. India v. Sri Lanka 2011/12

I though the game went ok, the tail end is doing a good job of salvaging the run count. The introduction of the DRS is looking somewhat like the implementation of computer aides in tennis, however it is now an established aide to officials and players in all major events. Hopefully this game is...

Things that get up my nose about rugby these days

Regarding standing up to cheer a big play, I think it adds to crowd atmosphere. If the crowd are standing, waving and cheering it is generally louder and more exciting than if everyone is sitting down, applauding with a polite golf clap. As long as they aren't waving ridiculously oversized flags...

    Rebels 2012

I have always liked having a ball playing IC who can switch with fly half. I think it is something that Cipriani needed last year. Also, when they turn the ball over in Defence, JOC (James O'Connor) will be in a position to run the play while Cipriani resets from his defensive structure

Good to see JOC (James O'Connor) is listed as a centre on the site.

    Worthwhile quotes

"I come in peace. I didn't bring artillery. But I'm pleading with you, with tears in my eyes: If you fuck with me, I'll kill you all." General Jim 'Maddog' Mattis, while holding a meeting with Iraqi tribal leaders during the advance to Baghdad.
