As Tate is suspended for 2 more games, and because Kiss wants to broaden the experience of his squad, I'd imagine Werchon will play off the bench next weekend, but will swap around with Thomas for the following game, which will allow Kiss to chose between them to play off the bench when...
Unfortunately, I have written up a thread as well. Trusting a moderator will remove it.
So below is what I wrote:
"No McDermott, no McReight, no Seru Uru (injury)... what chance of winning?
Probably quite a good chance actually.
Think of this as a mid-season rest period for the above players
Its...
Its about time the AR's started to earn their keep. The number of backline offsides and crooked lineouts the Moana Pacifica committed was gobsmacking. But the assistant referees must have been looking at their shoelaces or whatever at the time, because they sure as hell wern't watching the...
I saw on the Stan show "The night before game day" last night where JOC (James O'Connor) was been interviewed by Googs & Hoiles.
JOC (James O'Connor) said he wouldn't travelling to Perth, but should be good to go by the following weekend (V's The Brumbies).
I don't see where my opinion, or Tomilan's is a strongly critical attack on or controversial opinion of Les Kiss.
Quite the opposite in fact.
And Dru, if you are baffled by seeing a good act being performed by a mentor to a young player about to experience a difficult period of rehabilitation...
When Stan briefly videoed inside the dressing shed with Les Kiss holding onto & consoling a distraught Isaac Henry, instead of slapping the other winning Reds players backs out on the paddock, told me more about this coach - that he is the man.
Watching the 'canes game against the Force, the latter suffered badly in the line-outs with both their locks Rodda & Williams (c) becoming injured prior to the game. This gave the Hurricanes a big advantage in the Set pieces, not only in line-outs but also in the scrums.
The 'canes might have...
In this day & age of modern technology, I for the life of me cannot understand why you can't hear the questions from the media. Very disappointing as it would put into context the answers Kiss & Tate give.
HMP is eligible again for the Australian U20's, so with JOC (James O'Connor) returning & Lawson Creighton waiting his opportunity, I think this will be a learning year for him.
Unless of course, he 'brings the house down', then the U20's will need to find another flyhalf.
Reg, not only a very strong side, but also a better coached side IMHO.
No disrespect to Coleman but Kiss appears to have considerably more experience.
Time will tell.
HMP played well at Roma, behind a rampant pack in the first half.
However, Tom Lynagh was the incumbent 10 towards the end of last season which I thought he handled well enough. His defense was his only drawback, but that seems to be a common trait with flyhalves.
I think we'll see Lynagh as the...
