Trinity 22- Joeys 19. Great game. Trinity scrum Dominant all day and won a scrum penalty on cusp of full time 40 m out. Tame Edmed slotting it over and full time called. Very surprising result.

Just went past the team list. Trinity have a number of players out this week. Corias- concussion, McClennan out suspended, Fly half Sitiene out- wrist, Barkeley-Brown - virus, Fish- shoulder. I think there are a few others out as well. Looks like it will be a tough one at Cranbrook.

Australian Schoolboys & National Championships 2013

Arrived just before kickoff for the NSW1 VS QLD2 game. Gee, that Harry Jones was the most dangerous back on display. Always seems to beat the man on the outside with a fend and acceleration. Set up many great raids and scored a few himself. The best just before half time with a run of 50m...

Robert Sitiene listed to play fly half tomorrow. Ebling inside centre. Might give the backs some much needed creativity. Ebling solid but is no fly half. Kotolabavu might start at outside centre. Ola a big loss with Corias playing 8.

I agree Piglet. From an objective eye the ref was not that bad, and if penalty count was 21-2 then I must have been watching another game. This kind of reporting is very unfair on the ref and the game. Also, what does smelling dodgy mean? If the ref was biased he would not have sin binned Whicker.

What the hell was Trinity doing in the first half constantly kicking possession away. This just fed the dangerous broken field runners Waverley had in their backs. Absolute rubbish. They have good backs and should use them. Waverley were the better team and played the more attractive rugby...

I think DoinBra (must be a rap music lover)just oozes class in the way he expresses his opinions. The use of words like "ass" and "cocksucker" to put forward an opinion is pure genius. Must have been captain of the debating team. Thanks for the info Snort.

Did I see Guilfoyle playing 2nds for Trinity against Pats? I thought he was playing at Cranbrook this year according to this forum. I did not have a program . If it is him , why don't they use him on one wing. Looks big and pretty hard to stop . I also agree Snort. Trinity look vulnerable at the...

Tough game for Trinity today as expected. Pats scored early through some feeble defence out wide with one being brushed off and the pats player carrying three over to score. May have been held up but no video ref so no point in complaining. Trinity struggled to build up a flow of possession and...

Sorry, I forgot to put the final score in. 61-24 to Trinity.

St Gregs started well against Trinity with a try to their very fast winger. Trinity then dominated field position and hit back with tries to their bullocking forwards from close to the tryline and then followed up with a good try from deep in their own half with Clunies-Ross released down the...

Well done to Aloys. They played really well and defended like their lives depended on it. Kennedy was inspirational and made a great run cutting right through the defensive line from a drop out. Trinity definately off their game but still made some good breaks and plays. They left a few points...

Saw some of the Trinity 1st XV players at a junior rugby day this morning and they spoke that one of their goals would be to try and achieve 82 points to break the 500 point barrier for the season. Sounds like we are in for some entertaining rugby at Aloys this afternoon. The attitude will be to...

Hey meathead, what is pathways? I'm not familiar with this. I heard Debreczini did it this year.

I think your assumption is correct. The coaches are better now and they do have a good bunch of players coming through at the right time. However, that does not guarantee success. Remember at the beginning of the season some thought they had nothing to offer this year so obviously they got...

I have a young boy at school and it really pees me off that the majority of mothers won't let their boys play rugby due to a perceived idea that rugby is too dangerous. Thats why the headmaster has made rugby compulsory for 2 years to at least give the kids a chance to try it. This is why the...

Geez those trinity front rowers can motor. Did I see Cam Orr in the clear and try a chip and chase over the fullback? Seems very skillful. And the 15 yr old big boppa that comes on the last 10 mins of a match showed great impact. Only in year 10 and from what I heard from his parents is 114kg...

Schools have good years and bad years and Trinity have them not as often as Knox and Waverley. Just give the team some credit as they have all come through the age groups. They played by far the most attractive rugby in this comp and should be applauded. To try and cheapen their premiership by...
