I was just reading the above and was a little surprised at the monies available for the junior academy players, and the standard annual salary of a decent, but not...
Belgium and Nepal are ideal places - none of their Journos ever pretend they know a dicky bird about the game, where as out trollopes think they know it all but probably know less than the laddos in Brussels and Kathmandu!
The RFU operate a similar process where athletic prowess and abilty are sought above actual Rugby experience, especially
applicable to 7s I reckon.
