I have to agree. I must point out though that Chan was playing fullback on Saturday. Played a great game their in attack and defence. good to see from the youngster. Zack Carey was at inside centre on the weekend. He played a solid game and got some great offloads. Really good to watch.

Some good points. However, seeing that Scots have lost to both Kings and Joeys I'd say that they are the two favourites at the moment with Scots not far behind.

No I think the coaches just wanted to test out a few players, give some younger kids experience in a pressuring situation that is the Joeys vs View game. I think it will benefit them greatly in the future if players get injured and they can bring others on who have already had played in big...
The vids made by Joeys Sporting Media so Just shows Joeys highlights. Side Steppa was at the game so hopefully he's got some match highlights on the way.

Definitely. Joeys were attacking on the Kings line for some time in the second half. Kings defence was too good and managed to keep them out. I think Joeys are a better side, but Kings played some good footy today.

There is no chance of that happening. Brother Anthony Boyd had a stern word to the boys last year in the lead up to the Joeys game against Iggies at View and made it clear that any invasion of the field following a win would not be tolerated.
The invasion at Joeys displayed Ill discipline and...
I've noticed this too. Would like to see some squarer attack from the Joeys 10, you can see the outside backs running out of room. In saying that, the inside centre on the weekend, Nick Chan, did really well to straighten the attack, I thought.

Hopefully we'll be seeing Triston Reilly and Tom Eveleigh back next term for the comp games. They both provide a solid/ hard-hitting centre combo for Joeys that works well with the agile outside backs.
Will definitely be interesting to see how they go against Kings.
The statue of Mary on top of St Joseph's College is the second highest point in Sydney. And after Joeys win the other week at Bellevue Hill, I think it now might be the highest.
Joeys team from Saturday. A list of the players and what team they played in last year.
1. Fiu Gibson. (3rd XV)
2. Julian Heaven. (16 A's)
3. Lincoln Blackhall (4th XV)
4. Nicholas Jansen. (3rd XV)
5. John Yates. (1st XV)
6. Jack...
IMO I think he should miss out on the next couple of games. His history with this kind of behaviour should not go unnoticed, I also think it's something that the GPS and NSW selectors should take into account when selecting there team.
I think the game to watch this weekend would be Joeys at...
Whilst they may compete with CAS at state selection games they still don't have the ability and depth in there own schools 1XV teams to to compete with schools such as Waverley and the best of the GPS. M8
