I think he was referring to aggressive recruitment. Robertson wanted out, Kuridrani was second fiddle to Ikitau and McDonald was ours.
Have to laugh. Some people complain when we recruit aggressively a la 2005. Some people complain when we don't and look elsewhere. Some complain at both. No...
I don't think To'omua as a 12 should be judged on To'omua as a 10. He was shit at 10 last season and there were numerous calls to bring Deegan in. He was subsequently great at 12 in the tests he played. I love what I am seeing from Paisami, but To'omua is a proven test level 12. I'd still select...
I really liked Godwin's game. He played very well and helped us get more width. Considering it was the first back from injury, I was impressed. Thought Tom Robbo had a solid game too.
Yes, we need to win this one, beat the Tahs and hope you lose to them. I'm not counting my lucky stars.
What is the bet it will be another <7 nailbiter?
Look I want to see McDonald get a run, but I'd also like to win some games. Who do you pick with 20 to go? McDonald or Prior. You would be willing to try McDonald more with an established 10 but McIntyre has been pants.
I hold a home that, if new Fiji/Pasifika teams are on the scene in 2022, we...
I am open to opinions from people who have something worthwhile to say. I'm not blaming anyone. I'm just saying it is a shame we no longer have a tier below Super Rugby. Have a think about what you really want in coming onto this thread. If it's constructive, great, if not, please think again.
I wasn't talking about Super Rugby I was talking about the NRC. The same NRC that helped develop the fantastic QLD squad you now have. If you want to be unhelpful and make asinine comments, go elsewhere.
Frustrating thing is that there aren't enough opportunities for some of our young guys with no NRC. We saw a bit of McDonald and Jackson Pugh in the Brumbies trial. Would love to see a bit more along with our U20 guys.
