I played in that game for Forest, and I can say that despite what is reported in the Manly Daily that's not how the team who actually played feel. It was a good and mostly clean game, and Mountains deserved the win. We were ahead until the final 20, and unfortunately we made some bad decisions...

That's a damn shame, thoughts with the Saints Colts and the club in general. Forest Colts had a minute silence on the weekend for a Colt who passed away earlier this year. So sad hearing this about such young people.
Forest shut down Hills today with a dominant six-try 32-14 win in front of a massive crowd, and came real close to scoring another 3. Gap would have been wider but 10's kicking radar was off.
Hills never got a chance to play their game, except for a 10-min period after Forest got the bonus...
Forest beat Mountains with a bonus point. The set piece was dominant, and in fact they kept Mountains tryless until the last 10 minutes. Great game of rugby - both teams looking fit with big packs and mobile backs who weren't afraid to back themselves. Always tough to win at Lapstone so good...
