FFS, how is that a YC? WTF was Ioane meant to do other than stand his ground & brace for the Pom running into him. Also, why wouldn't you send THAT upstairs given what's already been referred? Just a shit call all round. 18-13.

Poms go for the 40m PK & miss, thought they'd have put it into the corner & backed their rolling maul. In saying that their last couple have been shut down. Ioane forces another turnover, NZ need to make sure we stay at Poms end of the field. Hunt does so, Pom FB has no support so has to kick it out & does so on the full.

NZ scrum 5m into Poms half, 90 sec on the clock. Barring a fuckup of epic proportion we got this............ pick & go, pick & go, kick it out & game over!

Going backwards ATM but OB smashes it into or over the stand & we've done it.

5 mins to break. Few stoppages to injury and Wales using uptime
Bad knock to Duncan P - could have to come off, yes he has gone. Sione now on.

14-5 half time. Short shower has arrived to cool things slightly. Handling let us down but the defence on both sides is hard.

Scrum penalty against us misses - humidity worse since rain
14-8 Penalty right in front to Wales. Our go forward is not good atm

14-11 Another penalty against us. Momentum has swung back to Wales big time. Much better go forward.
Really hot and humid for the boys now.
Water break and things are looking are little shakey. Refs interpretations are not always consistent. Hopefully we can hold on.

Sad to see Samoa relegated from the top 12, going down 19-20 to Italy & at one stage down to 13 (& three players binned in all). Gotta wonder what's going on in Samoan rugby...................

Real pleased with Baby Blacks in final, was a bit impressed with young Moli at 3, and Gibson in 7, look a couple of good boys to me. Thought young Aussie ref was pretty good even if YC was bullshit, but his AR gave him some pretty wrong info that lead to it. All in all a good final!

Pretty sure I've seen it somewhere I this thread, but searched back and can't find it: what do the pools look like for next year now? Just heard that 4th place goes into the pool with 1st place (so NZ and SA together). Where do 2, 3, 5 and 6 placings go in the 2016 pools?

Ha, love the overconfidence from the Orc commentators pre game. Basically saying the baby blacks couldn't stand up to their forward pack. ABE.

Post game the commentators humbly eat their pie as quietly as a Stormer supporter on the Brumbies/Stormer game thread post siren.
