I read somewhere it was 29 minutes, very poor.

But when you consider in the second half at every set piece the Argentines first had an injury and a team meeting to waste time it is no surprise.

difficult to build momentum and rhythm when that happens. Perhaps a deliberate tactic?

No doubt it was deliberate, Walsh only seemed to get on their case in the last 10 minutes. However the handling from both sides was atrocious, it was cold but dry. Too many penalties as well.
