This guy cannot be serious. I heard him talking up Antonio Tarver. Tarver was good once and as Green says will end up at Canastota. At the moment he is another washed up legend ala Roy Jones. The real boxing fans in this country would love to see you fight someone who hasn't been hand picked. By the way Danny, the only way you will ever get there is if you buy a ticket from admissions.

It is the unfortunate nature of boxing in this day and age, just look at the heavyweight category. It started in the '90s with Lennox Lewis and Evander Holyfield ducking each other (think Lewis was actually stripped of his belt at one point) and has only gotten worse since then. Nowadays it is all about the various boxing associations getting their money and tv rights. I would love to see a return to the days of only one world champion in each weight class and have them fight the number 1 contender every 6 months.
