Last week QLD had a good win against the Vikings while Melbourne copped a bit of a pantsing from the Drua.

With such a short season the Rising are going to need to get their act together quickly.

Smashing run by Tai Ford leading to the Hoopert try.............

Edit: No try, knocked it on - he probably should've passed the ball too.

Quite a good win for Country considering they had their pants pulled down at scrum time. Their defense was damn good and was able to negate their lack of ball. I thought Country had a good scrum, says something about Melbourne. I'd like to see Hamish pass the ball more, with DP and good outside backs they could do damage. Too much kicking!
