That's terrible news. Hopefully he recovers quickly.

Haha, nope. Only that he definitely wouldn't be at the Force.

Personally, I'm just interested that Dean Mumm is converting to the backs. Good luck Dean.

NSW Country seem to have some loose arrangement with the Brumbies. The additions to this squad that weren't in the original 'leaked' squad are:

    Will Munro
    Rohan O'Reagan
    Kyle Godwin
    Earnest Suavua

I know you're joking but they just had the three Wallabies listed at the end.

Sam Figg listed as a back is either an error or an interesting development though!

or just that Sevens reps are also at the end.

I know winning makes everything look rosy, so take this with a grain of salt, but the NSW Country boys look like they really like each other on the field.

They must really have the culture piece right.

Congrats to Qld Country - Coleman very overrated as a coach with an all star roster - pity warringah in the Shute shield

Far from the best side he could have run out there today.

That's a bit harsh, isn't it Macca? Eagles were undefeated until today and then only went down by a couple of points. Along the way, they have played about the most attractive attacking style of all, and even today scored what could possibly end up being the try of the season. Think he is up there with Simon(?) Cron and there are certainly worse going by results as well as style in this NRC.

I still rate Coleman as probably the best NRC coach.

Agreed that this year he does have the cattle, but his sides played well in previous seasons when making do with a lot fewer Super caps. Well-drilled teams and lesser known backs making a few pros look amateur.

Cron is bloody good too, could be destined for bigger things. I like seeing these calibre of coaches bringing their wares to the NRC.

    I am getting nervous -
The boy from Gulargambone is out and the rest of the pigs look like they should be in a Dove commercial, I think our forwards will be exposed his week at the break down and 1st play offensive. Our backs look good but need clean ball. My tip (unfortunately) Rams by 15.

JLR - you were right about the forwards - spirit attacked the eagles at the breakdown and came up trumps. Too many forwards playing out wide trying for the hero play without securing the ball .

I think you might be selling Tyson Davis a bit short mate, he was pretty good two years ago for the Rays, and even last year when back from injury. I reckon he could be in a starting winger spot or at least on the bench.

Interesting that Newsome is starting at fullback this weekend and Kellaway is playing on the wing.

If the Force don't exist next year I wouldn't be against the Tahs recruiting Newsome.
