Big forward pack for the Reds, guessing game plan is to bash them and then keep bashing them. Otherwise known as plan A.

The bench for Qld looks good. Timu and Higgers coming on with fresh legs adds plenty of ball running potential. The front row subs to finish the job .

Great opportunity for McGahan and Wileman to press for contracts/game time in 2020.

Didnt work last time though. Despite the bad result, i think the Tahs demonstrated against the Sharks that they can defend against big ball runners.

Gee - not sure about the rash of confidence about Qld.

I would have thought NSW start favourites.

A lot depends on which Qld turns up. Give away a truck load of penalties again and we are no chance.

They did narrowly. $1.80 vs $2.00.

That makes it pretty much a coin flip which I think is an accurate reflection on how this game is poised. Both sides are definitely bad enough to lose it.

its the weakest NSW team I've seen against us for quite a while.

Its just that I'm not confident we have the confidence to take advantage of it.

I'd love me a Reds win, but I'm not nearly as confident as you fellas, that Reds team is pretty light on too. A few incredibly green rookies in the XV.

Beale and Foley are both a class above whatever we have to give.

The Reds pack is stronger and tougher but the Tahs forwards are too experienced to let them out muscle for 80 minutes like they did to the Sharks in Durban. They'll disrupt the Reds with their tricks and experience. That Reds pack is very young especially with Higginbotham not starting.

Kerevi & CFS to run straight and hard @ Beale & @ Foley all night.

Not hard but I can guarantee we will make it more difficult than it needs to be.
