Far out that 2011 team was good. watching the highlights of the 2011 match v the tahs
Also Bobby Sands you got the Reds v Rebels 2013 match at Suncorp? been trying to find footage of the 2 punch ups that occurred in that match but its pretty hard
Watching reds v blues 2011 semi when I saw this:
(Trigger warning Dismal)
Peter Ryan let go from the Reds, he was there as a contractor so wasn’t entitled to the Fed Govt JobKeeper funding
Ryan said he was understanding of the decision.
"I have no ill feeling towards the Reds," he wrote in a public Facebook comment.
"David the CEO is making decisions in the best interests of the business to be sustainable.
"I am a contractor to the Reds, working for my own company Ryno TT (Tackle Tech).
"I completely understand the actions that need to be taken in these challenging times. I have a wide ranging support base that I am tapping into. Thanks I appreciate your support
Bugger. That’s completely understandable, but bloody disappointing.
That's really sad. Ryno probably thought it was a good idea at the time but no ne saw this coming
Will Speight, Daugunu and Vunivalu overlap next year? Or is Speight finishing 2020?
Geez this virus has extensive impacts. All the best Peter and hope you make it back.
Speight is on for next year but I reckon no player contract is certain in the current environment. Would not surprise me if Vunivalu does not come to rugby anymore
I hope not. It was always a monumental waste of $$
I don’t think so.
He’s a natural rugby player, league was his second sport and he is a god at that.
Not saying he's a shit player I'm saying it's a waste of resources.
Bang for buck is not there just like the stupid deals for Big Dell etc.
Funnily enough it’s the Friday Night Football game on rugby.com.au tonight.
I’ll make my vote after rewatching ..
Martin described Lachie Munro as a noted non-defender after the Tapuai try. Had a giggle at that
Fuck Rod Davies was quick
I like this.
Won gps 100m.
Put Pocock O'Connor and Beale in that 2011 starting XV and you'd have a pretty damn good wallabies side.
No need. Just tell Link to have them change their jersies. Nothing else required.
