I call on all Gaggerlanders to send those complementary little sewing kits that have been acquired from the various hotels and motels we have stayed in to be sent to the Briars Club to assist them with the renumeration of their top tier players.

A few things that really give me the shits (apologies if already mentioned):-

1. The use of the apostrophe for plurals e.g. scored try's instead of scored tries.

2. The use of should of instead of should have.

3. The use of less instead of few.

I find myself using should of. I think it comes from the contraction of 'should have'. It is easy to step from or miss hear 'should've' as 'should of'.

I liked the way Bugs Bunny said lasagnee instead of lasgne, so when the kids ask what's for dinner, I would say "lasagnee". Chuckles all round.

I applied the Bugs Bunny-speak to espresso, so it became expresso.

I only realised I had a problem when I started doing it outside my house.

Brilliant Scarfy. A great skit by a couple of funny buggers.

Thanks for digging that up; I defer to the masters.

Her defence might be that she is on mind-altering drugs via the IV in the background.
Or, that she is an irony-savant of the highest calibre.

Definitely and probably are two words that every time I write them down they always look wrong.

My three problem words are separate, desperate, and devastate.

I confuse which has an a or an e after the p/v.
Me too! Well not devastate, but the other two.

Read a good tip today though, think of the 'er' as short for 'error'

Hence; seperate, desperate, thier are all in error...

I have trouble with L's. I find myself typing allways and allright not to mention anything ending in ful like fruitfull, forgetfull and thoughtfull. I know what's supposed to happen but my fingers type the wrong thing every time.

And surly everytime is one word! Just like Bentune.

But desperate is right, not in error.
Or am I missing something?? Unless you are thinking of disparate?
