Under-20 Competitions including Oceania & World U20s

Number 7

Overlooked that. Noah injured?

Is there a stream or replay?

I dont think there will be. I didn't see any cameras at the ground.

The Wallabies were very good. Really liked the structure they played with and they looked very organised. Both locks were huge but really mobile and impactful. The #10 is a very very good player making good decisions to run/kick/pass throughout. The wingers were both excellent with both getting plenty of opportunities as the scoreline suggests. The scrums were fairly even for the first 40 mins so thats probably an area they could work on.

apparently he's been playing a bit there lately. Conversion happening.

Good to see Isaac Henry in the squad. Been playing very well up here.

Do we know if Isaac Henry was fortunate enough to earn a late invitation to go to Argentina or was his appearance in u20s matchday23 on Thursday night simply injury coverage/audition.

Assuming they can only have a match day 23 , what's the go at naming 28?

Following World Rugby consultation, the U20s Championship will be trialing match day squads of 28 players. This trial is being conducted to ensure that player welfare is paramount moving forward. Coaches will still be limited to the normal eight substitutions but will now be able to select these replacements from a 13-man bench.

Just a reminder everyone, all match chat should be had at this thread so allow a spoiler free reading of this thread.

McReight is outstanding alright. Impressed with Wilson, Harris and Wood too. Set piece will need to pick up if we want to continue to win. I would like to see McDonald in the same form as he was against NZ. Both halves making a few too many schoolboy mistakes. Harrison good on the boot though. The ball needs to get out to Lucas and the wingers more freely. Good win.

We have to play England and Ireland and both are very strong in the set piece. Both teams will be licking their lips at the thought of matching up with our scrum.

The back 5 had so much balance and was outstanding as a whole. The back 3 were obvious standouts, but the locks were incredible. Wood was great in contact, already would be one of the best ball carrying locks in the country and Hosea has this amazing knack at holding opposition players up in contact for maul turnovers.
