I honestly don't see how a home made porno voluntarily prepared and/or distributed brings the game into disrepute. I certainly don't understand why you would do it, but if that's what they are into?

Literally. My team is 11 people. Looking around the office I know without a doubt that at least 5 of them would be shown the door.
And I wouldn't even say they're a particularly rowdy bunch, at least relative to other workplaces. It's just after Silly Season, ffs. If the average Joe is ever going to be done, it's at this time of the year.

If you're already on a management program (ie Hunt, Slipper) you can already have your hair tested. So this would just be the first strike instead.

I still don't get this excessive alcohol consumption vs weed they are both bad, but ones illegal.
I've watched some of the smartest people I know go to some of dumbest because of weed, there brain has just slowed down, they don't speak right.. excessive alcohol abuse is bad as well.. But Legal..
