Just to balance out the multiple discussions on what's wrong, I thought it time for people to give some credit to things that go right.

Rules:
1) post nothing negative
2) post something positive

Eg. The flags being handed out are great for atmosphere.

They have pretty offices with water coolers and cookies for all

At first I thought it was stupid but the live band at the game grew on me and I missed it when they weren't there.
WJ has already pointed out that the flags were a brilliant idea.
The players are following the Reds lead and hanging around for a long time after the home games. Even remembering to bring pens.

Drew Mitchell and Polota-Nau seem like the best personalities in Australian rugby.

I also agree that being the closest state to QLD is a positive, maybe some of our success will rub on, and you can bask in our reflective glory

There's a permanent home for players near the end of their career.

They don't give up on people just cos their injured.

They are on a roll, I am predicting that they will not be beaten next week, stretching their unbeaten run to 3 weeks!
